Due to our events being held in licensed premises, you should be 18+ and hold a valid ID to gain entry - unless otherwise states. We do have all ages events!
For Under 18 Events, does the guardian have to be a parent or can it be anyone over 18?
The guardian simply has to be someone over the age of 18.
Are tickets transferable?
Yes you can simply hand them to a friend. They will scan once at the door, duplicates will not be permitted.
I can't find my tickets
Just login to your eventbrite account they should be there, if not please email support@itdevents.com and we will re-issue them to you
What time does it start?
Event timing will be posted to the specific event page on www.itdevents.com at least one week prior to the event
Can i get a refund
Just like Ticketek and Ticketmaster, all sales are final and tickets are sold on a strictly no refund or exchange basis. In the event of a rescheduled show, you may apply for a refund for the value of your purchase less ticketing and transaction fees if you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of ITDEVENTS and will only be issued for requests received within 28-days from the date of the reschedule notification/announcement. If an event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded within 28-days from notification. ITDEVENTS does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), ITDEVENTS will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and in such an event will not refund any admission fee paid. Lineup/act changes : If the tour in question is a SOLO Tour with 1 Artist then we will provide refunds within a strict window of 10 days after the substituted artists are announced. If the tour in question is a GROUP Tour with multiple artists we will not provide refunds as you are buying a ticket to the tour and not to see a particular solo show.

Conditions of entry
You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where there is reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, professional cameras or other photographic or recording equipment.You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event.Unless otherwise stated, entry to events is restricted to persons over 18 only.
In accordance with Australian venue, police and liquor licensing requirements, the only acceptable forms of identification are: – A current photo driver’s license – Current Passport – An accepted Proof of Age card
Persons causing a disturbance or refusing to comply with requests from Security will be ejected from the event.Anyone found to be breaking conditions of entry inside or outside the event or any behavior deemed to be anti-social will be refused entry and/or ejected from the site without refund.The promoter or venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or at the event.By entering the event you agree to being filmed or photographed, the product of which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
